I just want to share with you the success that we had in our youth class. I had attended one of your seminars in Arizona and had purchased the video. My Pastor knowing this asked if I could use that to teach the youth, well 10 weeks later we are done, and the result was awesome. We had kids bring in their C.D.'s and Steve even brought in some movies that we broke up and destroyed in the parking lot. The most exciting thing though was that somehow word was getting around that we were doing the class centered around the video and that brought some kids in from the other side of town. Tiffany and Tony are a blessing to the class, and Tony went from argueing with me, to one day coming into class and saying I've broken all of my secular music tapes, C.D.'s, and anything else that promotes secular music. Praise the Lord!! Pastor Joe, I also meet on Tuesday mornings with a group of Pastors, leaders, and intercessors, which is all part of a group called "Cities for Christ." What we do is share and pray for one another, the main focus on being for the lost in our cities. It is a chance for us to get together and help each other as different members of the Body of Christ. Pastor, I know that in my heart the youth of today are being attacked by the enemy big time. The rebellion, the spirit of questioning authority, the sex, the independence, all of these are brought out by today's music. Even more so than in the past. Then you have the subtle attacks, Creed, Linkin Park, bands like this that people consider safe, but are actually sucking youth in, not only the youth but adults as well are being deceived. This has hit home, because my own 15 year old daughter was being dragged down by it and I was trying to serve God while still listening to CCR, Creed, Nickleback, Nazereth,The Doobies, along with many others, some example. Now we are free from that influence, all the more reason to take a stand. I've had people come to me, along with some Pastor's and ask if I could teach their youth, or do a presentation. I want you to know, in no way am I trying to take from your ministry, but I'm trying to use it as a tool to reach people. On August 10th, we are having a seminar at our church, using the video presentation, I've also been asked by 2 other churches to do the presentation at their churches. Pastor, I'm not charging anything, I'm not selling anything or promoting some other thing, I'm just trying to reach the lost. I direct alot of people to your web site. The main reason for this e-mail, is that I would like to become a part of or somehow help in the minstry of "Fight the Good Fight." It has just opened up here in Arizona, and I want to represent the Ministry, and be able to sell the video set, and support the work that you are doing. I've done a lot of investigation of bands and people, using your material and actually going to their web sites, in fact their are some so called Christian Bands that I have serious questions about.
